Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  Ship the Product

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
